The work on the Death Guard churns along...or should that be slimes along?
He's made from a Chaos Nurgle Lord, a Death Guard helmet, and a Chaos Possessed backpack. Pretty easy conversion, the eyes make him look good and creepy. He's about the size of a regular Termie too...
I had to have him for the zombie tax, which I did not mind paying!
He is an absolute beast in combat, and I plan on converting up some rotted Termies to join him.

WIP Nurgle Daemon Prince
I needed a leader for my Death Guard forces, and a Daemon Prince fit the bill. The conversion potential of these things are crazy, and probably lend more to kit bashing than any other model IMO.
The new stats for DP's are pretty sick too, and they can usually whip about anything that you throw at them.
He's made from the body of a plastic DP, a Forgeworld Nurgle Troll head and arm, and a Hellbrute's power fist I clipped off. The tentacles I made using Green Stff Industries tentacle maker (which is awesome to have in your collection, especially if you play Nurgle).

Khorne Herald on Jugger WIP
Thought a Herald on a jugger would make a good ally leading some Bloodcrushers in my World Eaters force. Finally found a use for that axe! Still needs a little green stuff around the wrists to match it up. I had to use a heat gun to adjust the bloodletter arm to line up with the axe.

Ok, I lied...it's actually all about Khorne right now!
I'm in a holding pattern with my Death Guard; still awaiting word from GW if you can indeed take Plague Zombies in units bigger than 10 (which I believe they will). In the meantime, I have a lot of models already completed from my World Eaters force so I'm going to concentrate on them for a while.
I already have some converted Zerkers, some Rhinos, a Defiler, and a Khornate Daemon Prince pretty much done. Once I checked out the new Chaos codex, one unit I wanted to add to my army was some Chaos Spawn. Spawn are back in a big way! I've always loved them fluff wise, even more so now that they can be more effective on the battlefield as tar pits or close combat monsters.
I built these from bitz I had laying around and that's the joy of converting Spawn, pretty much anything goes! To make these seem more Khornate, I added some minotaur bitz; the axes just scream Blood for the Blood God!
Fluff wise, I see these as Chaos Champions who ultimately failed their test at Daemonhood. What a rough life, one moment enjoying all that comes with power and immortality, the next...drooling and screaming as spawndom wracks your body.
First up is the so called leader of the group. I see this guy as one that Khorne has played a joke upon. Instead of being a huge, stalking Bloodthirster, he's stunted him into a little mini-daemon. You just know this guy has short mans complex now. I used an old OOP minotaur body, some Possessed wings, a Gûlavhar head from LOTR, and a plastic mino-axe to make him.
Next up are the muscle of the unit, the followers of Mini-D. They were really fun to convert up as the sky's the limit when it comes to Spawn.
Last but not least, ol' Scyla Anfingrimm makes an appearance; you just can't keep a good Spawn down!
Next up....some Daemon allies.

Some WIP Ork additions
So now we hear that there is a slight delay for the new Chaos Marine codex. I was expecting it to drop next month, but it looks to be pushed up some.
Disappointing yea, but I do have more than enough to tide me over until then. One army I was working to get finished a while back was my Orks. Trying out my first game of 6th Edition with them got me excited to return to my roots, so I have decided to attempt to finish them before moving on to another army.
I decided I needed more shoota boyz, cause who doesn't love pumping out 60 shots / Overwatch a turn? I had some spare greenskins laying around and quickly got a squad of 30 together. I needed a Nob to lead them and came up with a quick Power Claw armed headbasha for the unit. I used the AOBR Warboss claw attached to a plastic Ork Nob from the same set. I like the pose; it seems like he's pointing at enemies for his squad to target.
Rounding out the new squad was 'Da Vetrun". I envision him as an older Ork who's been with the army for some time, eventually shrinking down in size as old age hits. He looks pretty grizzled for sure. I still need to add some bitz to his staff to cover up the green stuff. I'll use some chain for that.
Next project...a Dakkajet!
